Devices behind a firewall being routable with IPv6 doesn't mean you're allowed to connect to them by default. And if you want to, you have to explicitly allow that on the firewall. Just like you would open a port and redirect it with IPv4 before. Only with IPv6 you don't have NAT and a redirect. Some people need it and some don't. Again, just like with opening ports.

Please reread my comment, it seems like you're just pattern-matching to arguments you've heard others make in the past and assuming I'me saying the same thing. I'm not. See sibling comments for elaboration.

How many users know how to "open a port"? UPnP exists because people don't want to deal with these things.

What's your point?

  | | IPv4 | IPv6 |
  |--------------+-------------------------------------+-------------------------------------|
  | With uPnP | Unsolicited connection goes through | Unsolicited connection goes through |
  | without uPnP | Unsolicited connection blocked | Unsolicited connection blocked |
It's exactly the same in IPv4 and IPv6 just like FeistySkink was suggesting.

If you have an overlay, you can do something like this to list user-installed packages only:

    ls /overlay/upper/usr/lib/opkg/info/*.list | sed -e 's/.*\///' | sed -e 's/\.list//'

There is no overlay on ext4-based virtual routers.

    # mount|grep ext4
    /dev/mapper/pve-vm--501--disk--0 on / type ext4 (rw,relatime,stripe=512)
The /overlay directory exists just like the /rom one does but they're empty:

    # ls -l /|grep -E 'overlay|rom'
    drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 1024 Jan 27 23:53 overlay
    drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 1024 Jan 27 23:53 rom
These are empty directories (there is a note file in /rom with some info for those using squashfs which is not applicable to these installations).

It's using Qualcomm IPQ53xx, so will take a while before it's supported by Linux/OpenWrt. I don't think even IPQ50xx has been merged yet.

If others think this is in jest, there are recent TP-Link routers with 2.6 kernel and Broadcom.

Could it be related to them selling a product called Switch? Although unrelated, could match some overzealous Nintendo filter. Who are on a quest against anything emulation recently.

There were some recalls I believe that prevented them from handing over to customers at a few points in the last year. Currently the only inventory available in the markets I just checked only have 5-10 of the $100k Foundation series as available.

Also curious to know if those lots are still storing trucks. A dozen trucks stored in a lot doesnt really mean much, look at any ford or chevy dealership.

Plenty of "smart" appliances phone home unnecessarily.

That isn’t adblocking, though

Well, it's blocking the data being sold on to advertising companies.

I don't think you can do that with Adguard right now. You can use a browser with adblock for desktop/mobile, and there are smart TV apps with adblock and sponsorblock both for Tizen [0] and webOS [1].

For people with non-Android smart TVs there are similar apps (with adblock and sponsorblock) both for Tizen [0] and webOS [1].

Why not just call your diet plant-based then?

You are free to call it whatever.

I am without allegiances.

Bees aren't plants.

More seriously, if they follow a nearly vegan diet for ethical reasons, except they don't give a shit about bees, it makes sense to describe their choice as approximately vegan, rather than plant based, because it is approximately vegan.

beegain ?

Because most people to this day don't know what the hell "plant-based" means. Products in the market often dilute this term too, unfortunately.

Brands also often inconsistently name "plant based" their products containing eggs, diary, fungus, honey…
