I have an opposite problem, I am trying desperately to hire developers but we don't do full remote. We require some in-office time and that just turns people off. Upper management won't listen to me, they want people in the office at least three days a week so basically I'll never be able to hire anyone. We offer big salaries, benefits, you name it. Commuting sucks and people know it.

If you were able to get one or two candidates by the end of this week to interview that were willing to do hybrid, would that work for you?
