Every country in Europe, in order to call yourself a CS Engineer, you must have a Bachelor and up. The requeriments are far higher than the so-called software engineers. Nothing of a genious; just years of studying.

I work with engineers from Europe and since they immigrated I also assume they are academically inclined, and I don’t think any of them know about writing forth interpreters.
