My favorite part back then (probably running on Windows for Workgroups): when you minimized the program back to its desktop icon, the icon animated for a few seconds, showing a can of bug spray firing on a small flying bug, which dropped to the ground.

For green-field projects (new projects/apps), you always had bug #1: "[Insert project codename] doesn't work. Severity: 1. Priority: 1."

Always interesting to read some of the bug reports; some of which could meander off-topic in interesting ways.
